Shipping & Returns
Each Precut Paper pack is shipped within 2 days of placing your order (usually the next day, but weekend orders ship out on Monday) via USPS (First Class) or UPS (2 & 3 Day options).
The day the pack ships, you will receive an email with a unique tracking link.
If you'd like to get notified when the package is delivered, please follow the tracking link sent in shipping email and sign up for alerts via the shipping service. That way you'll know exactly when the package is at your front door.
We understand things happen. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us so we can discuss at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rest assured, full packages (with all paper inside) will be refunded if returned within 30 days.
If you've used some of the paper, please email us at email@example.com so we can discuss.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to us.
Email us for a return slip (must be inside package when you return it so we can track return) and return address.
If you purchased Precut Paper on Amazon or Etsy - please use those platforms to process returns.
